Goat Cheese and Gouda Pimiento Cheese


Ingredients
  • 1 diced pimiento, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (8-oz.) block sharp white Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 4 ounces shredded Gouda cheese
  • 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
How to Make It
Step 1
Stir together pimiento, mayonnaise, walnuts, hot sauce, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Step 2
Stir cheeses into pimiento mixture until well combined. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
